Jim has a passion for developing programs and systems in line with empowering human resources; it is easier to stay on the leading edge of Information Technology. Recognizing the need for and the impact of technology, he had to assess different avenues to problem resolution continuously. Jim is constantly aware that the Government has different challenges than the Private sector, where synergy is found with system efficiencies, process improvements, and human capital. As the CIO for Franklin County, Ohio, one of the fastest-growing counties in the US, Jim helped direct nearly $80 million in Developed strategic plan resources that secured multi-million dollar budgets for multiple Fortune 500 companies and Government Agencies. By developing and reinventing organizational infrastructures, his team increased productivity through operations assessment and building performance measures.
